You should enter information honestly as any falsified information could invalidate your membership and/or insurance. We will collect some key details for you - your name, e-mail and address, during checkout.

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age to apply.
  • Please ensure this is correct, as it will be used to set you up with access to our online accounts and services.
  • If you operate under a club name, please enter it here so we know how you trade. This is important, as it will help us to protect and represent you if the public approach us to verify your credentials using just the club name, rather than your name.
  • Please ensure you only select styles you're graded or qualified to teach. You can select as many as you need to.
  • Please select the grades or qualifications you hold. You'll be asked to provide proof of grade after your application is placed before your membership can go live.

    Any memberships will only commence upon sufficient proof of grade(s) for all discipline(s) listed. You will be able to provide this at your leisure after completing the sign up process today but please do be aware that until your proof of grade has been seen and accepted, membership (and, if included, insurance) will not be active.

    You declare that you do not have any criminal convictions, are aged 18 years of age or older, have not been expelled from any other martial arts or combat organisations and that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions, as well as our general conditions of membership and policy which is primarily designed to protect our existing members.

    If you have opted to obtain insurance with membership today, cover will NOT commence until your membership commences. You agree that you understand the scope of cover and policy wording, as made available via our website and agree to the insurance provisions guidelines and exclusions. If you have any questions about the extent, type or exclusions of cover please contact us before assuming protection under the group cover policy.

    If you request a refund before your membership is issued (and, if relevant, insurance is assigned) we will be happy to refund you in full for any fees paid. As soon as membership and/or insurance is issued fees are strictly non-refundable as we incur costs when issuing your documentation.

    If you’ve opted for a Pay monthly membership it is NOT a finance product, but as we will incur costs, we will ask you to pay the remaining balance of your membership early should you cancel, or fail to make the regular payments expected. This is designed to help us cover the costs we will incur if you fail to complete the 12 months payment cycle. If you have any difficulties making payment, please speak with our team and we will assist.

    Memberships typically take around 1-5 working days to complete, but we can complete this sooner if you need access to documentation or insurance before this date – please speak with our team after submitting your application. This timeline is subject to receiving proof of grade without delay.
