Some club costs aren’t optional. Insurance is the obvious one: a few hundred pounds a year that has to be paid to somebody. The question is whether that unavoidable spend buys you nothing but a policy from a commercial provider, or whether it lands with a not-for-profit that hands you the platform, the website, the CPD, the safeguarding frameworks and the support alongside it.
That’s why the value holds at every size. For a small club, membership from £39.99 a year delivers what a single website subscription costs several times over. For a larger club whose combined membership and insurance runs to considerably more, the same logic applies: you were paying that order of money anyway, and here it comes back as an entire unified stack rather than one line item.

A management platform around £105 per month, a website at £25, three email inboxes, annual safeguarding and first aid training and design tools can easily total £2,000 to £2,300 per year before insurance. Consolidating the core through membership typically saves £1,900 to £2,200 annually.
A Larger Club On Revenue-Share Pricing
A club turning over £120,000 on an 8% platform fee pays £9,600 a year for core systems alone. We never charge revenue share; fees are fixed and known in advance. Replacing even part of that stack typically saves £5,000 to £9,000 depending on what’s consolidated.
