MyBMABA Club Manager gives you complete flexibility in how you take payments. You can enable Stripe integration for automated card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Direct Debit, making it effortless for parents and students to set up recurring fees.

If your club prefers traditional methods, you can also record manual payments such as BACS, cash, standing orders, or any other gateway. Everything feeds directly into your club’s records, so you can track, manage, and reconcile finances in one place.

This flexibility ensures every club — from small community groups to larger academies — can run payments in a way that suits them, without added cost or complexity.

If you manage payments off-platform, even if you choose to issue the invoices and receipts etc through our system, there’s zero cost.

If you use Stripe, the only fee is Stripe’s low processing fee (typically around 1.5% + 20p) and BMABA’s 1% commission, which is automatically collected through Stripe and is used to continue the development of our system for your club.

Membership counts can be combined, too. So for example, a club with two silver instructors can combine the capacity to 500 students, and so forth.

Payments

Use of the membership and invoicing functionality for all offsite payments is entirely free. There is only a fee payment for Stripe transactions.
