Our New Operations Office Is Now Open!
We’re exceptionally proud to confirm that our new Operations Office is now ready to re-open following a major office move and complete refurbishment.
There is never a good time to move offices – both logistically and financially – but despite Coronavirus having a significant impact on the industry, BMABA has managed to position itself in a very strong position following the formation of the BMABA Group during lockdown. With this we have been absolutely inundated with new members and renewals, following a huge amount of support and intervention from our organisation to keep clubs up and running throughout the most perilous time faced by martial arts in a lifetime.
To help us adjust and cope with an enormous leap in memberships, enquiries, emails and calls we have had to grow our team by another four people, and this requires extra space at the very best of time, let alone during these days of social distancing!
Our new office utilises a completely bespoke setup and design. Refurbished to the highest standards with cutting edge technology, the operations office is designed to allow our team the most effective and efficient working space possible. This is all geared toward helping BMABA improve and adjust to ‘life after Covid’ with a continued rate of growth.
We’ve now completed Phase 1 of our new office refurbishment which means tomorrow (17/09/2020) our phone lines and inboxes will resume at a usual pace. We can also flush out any outstanding print work and merchandise ahead of the weekend, with the full backlog expected to be cleared by Friday lunchtime
Phase 2 will now move toward the completion of our new, bespoke training room to help us facilitate better face to face training with social distancing in place. Phase 3 will then oversee the setup and refurbishment of meeting rooms and other ‘over-flow’ office space. We anticipate the last of the works to be ready in time for Christmas, but this will have no impact on day to day operations.
