To be precise, because it matters: the only charge anywhere in the club management platform is 1% on transactions you choose to collect through an automated payment method, and the processor’s own fees apply on top of that. Manual and offline collection is free. Every tool in the platform, this one included, costs nothing. A free affiliate membership carries up to 10 students on the platform, and the Finance app itself is unlimited regardless of tier.

Club finances tend to live with whoever volunteered, on a device nobody else can reach, in a file nobody else can find. That is fine right up until that person steps back, changes laptop, or the club needs its own records at short notice.
