Unlike many organisations in the sector, BMABA CIC is built on more than goodwill and informal admin. We have a dedicated, payrolled team of expert staff — from a qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead to a trained customer services team, web developers, and experienced operational leads.
Behind the scenes, we’re backed by a board of expert martial arts trustees, and led by a CEO who lives and breathes the industry — both technically and strategically. Our office, based in Petworth, West Sussex, underwent a full modern refurbishment in 2020 and is the hub of our national operations.
We respect the efforts of volunteer-led organisations. But when you need real safeguarding support, professional customer service, or reliable help running your club — you need a team that’s equipped, trained, and accountable.
